RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS AND RETURNS

The prepayment amount of the villa/apartment fee deposited in our account (with EFT, or Money Order, or Credit Card ’single payment or installment’, or in Advance, or by Mail Order) is 60 days from the date of entry to the villa/apartment. In the cancellations made until the remaining time, your full prepayment fee will be paid, because all of this payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment. You have to pay the remaining amount to us in advance at the entrance to the villa/apartment. If you want to cancel your reservation 60 days before your entry to the villa/apartment, 100% of the remaining payment amount will be collected from the customer. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 60 days or less before the check-in date, or if the villa/apartment is not checked in and there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment, the entire remaining payment amount is charged to the customer. In the event that the customer pays the entire price of the villa/apartment to Kaştavillam at his own request (by EFT, or by Wire Transfer, or in Advance), 100% of the price paid (One Hundred Percent) for cancellations made until 60 days remain for the villa/apartment from the moment of payment. ) will light up. If canceled before 60 days, the 35% fee will not be refunded. Because there is very little time left until the accommodation date, so the probability of being rented to another customer is very low. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 60 days or less before the check-in date, or if the villa/apartment is not checked in and there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment, no part of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer. If, for any reason, the villa/apartment reservation is canceled by kastavillam.com, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the ’force majeure’ clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.
