PARTIES AND PURPOSE

This contract; The starting and ending dates between the lessor of the villa/apartment (hereinafter referred to as the ’customer’) and the lessor of the villa/apartment (hereinafter referred to as kastavillam.com) have been made for the purpose of renting a villa/apartment for a certain period in advance. Customers and accompanying persons who make a reservation for any of our villas/apartments announced on the website of kastavillam.com via our website or via telephone or e-mail are deemed to have accepted the following conditions in advance. Violation of any of the following conditions gives www.turkeyvillaholidays.com the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally, to request the customer to leave the villa/apartment and not to refund the deposit, deposit and rent received.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Pre-reservation can be made for our villas/apartments via the reservation form on our website or via telephone or e-mail. 2 (two) working days for distant dates, after you receive your reservation request via e-mail, SMS or telephone, where your reservation information and the total amount are stated in GBP or EURO or USD or TL, informing that your reservation request has been received by Kastavillam.com, 1 (one) business day for the dates you can make your deposit payment is reserved and held on your behalf. The deposit amount you have to pay and our bank account numbers will also be notified to you via e-mail, SMS or telephone after the availability of the villa/apartment is finalized. Deposit within 2 (two) business days for distant dates and 1 (one) business day for near dates; Wire Transfer, EFT, Credit Card payment etc. Kastavillam.com reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation and take another reservation for the villa/apartment without informing the customer. In order for your villa/apartment reservation to be finalized, an amount to be determined mutually, not exceeding 30% of the total rental price of the villa/apartment, must be paid as a deposit, the rest of it and the broken, junk, damage, loss, loss etc. specified in the villa properties page. The deposit must be paid in cash to the Site Adi on the day of entry to the villa/apartment. You cannot enter our villas/apartments without receiving the ’Villa/Apartment Rental Agreement’ mutually signed at the entrance of the villa/apartment and the remaining payment and damage deposit (in cash). For this reason, it is strongly reminded that these amounts should be prepared with you in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment in order to prevent any unjust treatment.

PRICES

Villa/apartment rental prices stated on our website are weekly (7 nights). Deposit can be made to our bank accounts by money order, EFT, or Credit Card payment system.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION TERMS AND RETURNS

The prepayment amount of the villa/apartment fee deposited in our account (with EFT, or Money Order, or Credit Card ’single payment or installment’, or in Advance, or by Mail Order) is 60 days from the date of entry to the villa/apartment. In the cancellations made until the remaining time, your full prepayment fee will be paid, because all of this payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment. You have to pay the remaining amount to us in advance at the entrance to the villa/apartment. If you want to cancel your reservation 60 days before your entry to the villa/apartment, 100% of the remaining payment amount will be collected from the customer. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 60 days or less before the check-in date, or if the villa/apartment is not checked in and there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment, the entire remaining payment amount is charged to the customer. In case the customer pays the entire price of the villa/apartment to Kastavillam.com at his own request (via EFT, or by Wire Transfer, or in Advance), 100% of the price paid in cancellations made until 60 days remain for the villa/apartment from the moment of payment. (Hundred Percent) will light up. If canceled before 60 days, the 35% fee will not be refunded. Because there is very little time left until the accommodation date, so the probability of being rented to another customer is very low. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 60 days or less before the check-in date, or if the villa/apartment is not checked in and there is no accommodation in the villa/apartment, no part of the paid amount will be refunded to the customer. If, for any reason, the villa/apartment reservation is canceled by www.turkeyvillaholidays.com, this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the ’force majeure’ clause, the money received will be returned to the customer.

ENTRANCE/EXIT TO VILLA/APARTMENT

The entrance time to the villa/apartment on the reservation start day is 15.30. At the end of the reservation, the departure time from the villa/apartment is 10:00 in the morning at the latest for all our regions. We strongly remind you that travel plans are made according to these hours so that both parties do not suffer. In case of early departure, kastavillam.com team must be informed 24 hours in advance. In case the customer leaves the villa/apartment without being able to control the villa/apartment due to congestion, the damage deposit will be sent to a bank account to be notified by the customer, and the shipping costs will be paid from within the damage deposit. If the customer leaves the villa/apartment early at his own request, no refund will be made to the customer.

VILLA / APART CAPACITY

Guests are not accepted to our villas/apartments over the capacity specified on our website or the number of people specified when making the reservation. If the customer wishes to make a change in the number of people after the reservation is finalized, a written application will be made to kastavillam.com and this change can be approved by kastavillam.com, depending on the capacity of the villa/apartment. After entering the villa/apartment, guests are not accepted to the villa/apartment except the guests specified in the reservation list. In cases where it is determined to the contrary, kastavillam.com has the right to request the guests to leave the villa/apartment, to cancel the reservation completely, or to request that the villa/apartment be completely evacuated without waiting for the end of the rental period.

VILLA/APART CLEANING/MAINTENANCE AND EXTRA EXPENSES

Weekly villa/apartment rental prices include entrance cleaning. Weekly cleaning and towels/sheets etc for stays of 2 (two) weeks. change is included in the price. Apart from this, all kinds of cleaning and towels / sheets etc. to be requested. exchange is subject to a fee. In order to carry out the periodic maintenance of the pool, garden and other fixtures of all villas/apartments, the personnel in charge must enter the garden or inside the villa/apartment. In order for these services to be carried out without interruption, the customer must allow the personnel in charge to enter the villa/apartment when necessary. Unless otherwise stated on the villa/apartment detail page on our website, electricity, water, bottled gas, pool lighting, internet connection and air conditioning usage are included in the prices. Pool lighting, air conditioning and internet may not be available as standard in each of our villas/apartments, so it is recommended that you carefully read the properties of the villa/apartment you are renting on our villa/apartment properties page.

PET / SMOKING

Unless otherwise stated, pets are not allowed in our villas/apartments. Smoking is not allowed in the closed areas of all of our villas/apartments.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Depending on the characteristics of each villa/apartment, a different amount of damage deposit will be charged from the customer. This deposit amount will be included in the confirmation document sent to the customer during the reservation process. (Deposit amount is specified in the villa/apartment properties table or on the villa/apartment detail page) The damage deposit will be collected from the customer in cash on the day of entry to the villa/apartment, and in the control to be made before the customer leaves the villa/apartment, the villa/apartment and the villa/apartment delivered intact. a damage/missing etc. in fixtures. If not, it will be refunded in cash. In case the customer wants to leave the villa/apartment earlier than specified in the contract or the villa/apartment check-out cannot be made due to the intensity, the deposit will be sent to an account number to be taken from the customer. If the damage to the villa/apartment exceeds the deposit received, the customer will be asked to pay for this damage, otherwise legal action will be taken.

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND WARRANTY

www.turkeyvillaholidays.com; is responsible for delivering the villa/apartment to the customer on the specified date and time, clean and ready for use. At the entrance to the villa/apartment, if there is any broken, non-working item or malfunction, the customer should immediately notify www.turkeyvillaholidays.com and request the removal of these malfunctions. www.turkeyvillaholidays.com will notify this request to the owner of the villa/apartment or the relevant company and will ensure that this problem is corrected within 48 hours at the latest. www.turkeyvillaholidays.com is an intermediary between the owner of the villa/apartment and the customer, and therefore the owner of the villa/apartment is responsible for eliminating any malfunctions that may occur in the villa/apartment. Apart from this, any accident, illness, injury, drowning in the pool, death, theft, etc. that may occur and are under the responsibility of the customers. and fire, theft, etc. that may occur in the villa/apartment. www.turkeyvillaholidays.com cannot be held responsible for incidents and accidents. Apart from this, the customer’s travel, shopping, food, beverage, entertainment, transportation, travel, guidance services, etc. to be received from third parties / companies during the holiday, on their return to the villa / apartment. Kastavillam.com will not be responsible for any problems arising from any service such as After leaving the villa/apartment, the customer cannot claim any right or reimbursement for a service that he did not receive due to a malfunction or malfunction that he did not report to www.turkeyvillaholidays.com during his stay in the villa/apartment.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMERS

Customers are obliged to use the villa/apartment, pool, garden furniture, all electrical and electronic goods and other furniture in the villa/apartment that are delivered to them in working and intact condition. Customers have to leave all kitchen utensils delivered to them clean in the same way. The villa/apartment must be delivered on the day of departure, with all the garbage removed and the dishes washed. Otherwise, and in cases where the villa/apartment is left unreasonably dirty, kastavillam.com has the right to deduct a cleaning fee from the deposit.
