It is a very ideal villa for honeymoon couples and families who want a holiday away from the crowd and the noise of the city, surrounded by nature in Kalkan/Patara. Our building has a private pool and the pool is fully sheltered. The right and left of our building are empty, the front is open. The living room is on the second floor. There is a large living room and kitchen between the bedrooms and has a full sea view. There is an entrance to the outdoor pool from the living room and there is a BBQ on the pool terrace. Our villa is a villa with .2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people.

Bedroom 1. Master’s room with sea view jacuzzi and separate entrance from private pool.

Bedroom 2 is a double bedded room with sea view and bathroom.

There is an indoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna and cinema projection on the ground floor. It is an ideal place for guests who want to have a holiday in a magnificent villa nestled in the nature province in the unique view of Patara beach.

Damage Deposit A cash damage deposit of 150 pounds is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure. About Entry and Exit Hours. Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, they are disinfected with a UV machine at the customer’s exit and again at the customer’s entrance. Our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the fact that the necessary controls are made and the deficiencies are completed. Location Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during the transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are generally located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (fly, insect, bee, etc.).

A cleaning fee of 50 pounds is added for a stay of less than 7 nights.

Daily hot pool heating fee is 25 pounds
