Villa Ela Kalkan

The Villa Ela is ideal for a large family or a holiday with many good friends. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and can impress with a fantastic view of the bay of Kalkan. It is located in Kalkan Kiziltas, is quiet, but not secluded.

The accommodation is decorated in a contemporary style and the floor-to-ceiling windows maximize the magnificent views in every room.

The large pool is located at the front of the villa, facing south and offers a magnificent view of the bay of Kalkan and the islands behind. Sun loungers and parasols are available. For privacy, the pool area is additionally screened with wooden panels without disturbing the view. For those who like to chill out, Villa Ela offers a hot tub in the garden. For sporty ambitious is in the rear garden area a table tennis available.

In the spacious outdoor area you will find a shaded dining area with stone BBQ.

The center of Kalkan is only a few minutes drive or 20 minutes walk away. Due to the exposed location of the villa, the way back uphill is a bit difficult.

The accommodation is arranged as follows:

Ground floor (entrance floor):

Open living, dining and kitchen area.

Many comfortable seating arrangements make the living area with a 55-inch 3D TV, DVD and CD player (English movie and news channels, iPod docking station).

The kitchen is well equipped with double oven and hob, ice maker, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and double microwave.

There is also a breakfast bar for 3 persons and a dining table for 8 people.

On this floor there is a guest toilet.

The first of the six bedrooms is located on this floor. It is a twin room with bath / shower. This bedroom has direct access to the pool terrace.

First floor:

There are three bedrooms on this level:

The master suite has a king-size bed, access to a balcony and a bathroom with shower.

Two double bedrooms with king size beds and bathroom with shower.

Second floor:

There are two bedrooms on this level:

Twin room with shower.

Double room with king-size bed and bathroom with shower.

The villa’s rooftop terrace offers stunning views and is equipped with a bar area.

Terrace area:

The villa is surrounded by a spacious terrace with 10 sun loungers, a shaded corner area and a large private pool. An outdoor dining area seats up to 10 people.

A laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available (accessible from the outside).

Bail Conditions: A security deposit of 250 pounds will be charged upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded after leaving the villa. The security deposit serves as a security for any resulting damage, loss or theft. It is possible to pay the deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current daily exchange rates.

Arrival and departure: Your accommodation is ready from 15:00. Departure is at 10:00. This regulation allows our cleaning teams to operate smoothly.
